Job Description

We are looking for Administrative with accounting experience. As an administrative clerk with accounting skills, you will work closely with our clients in financial monitoring. Your duties may include budgeting, bookkeeping, monitoring accounting traceability, identifying problems, analytical skills and preparing financial reports.  You will also ensure that expenditure is up to date and processed in line with the relevant European Commission programme guidelines to analyse and report on the project costs and payments.

You are our ideal Candidate if you have:

  • Administrative skills but also exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, appetite for reconciliation and reporting  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. Strong time management ability
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality, proactivity and ability to work autonomously
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Powerpoint, as well as Google Drive shared docs; experience with ERP system is highly valuable.
  • Analyze existing processes and admin workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams is highly valuable.


Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar;

Languages: Spanish & English (minimum C1), other languages are a plus.

Place of work: Barcelona – hybrid – Part time (20 hours/week)

Starting date: immediate.
