MedForest: “LIFE MycoRestore, mycological resources for forest resilience”
One of our success stories, the LIFE MycoRestore project, has been featured in an article by MedForest. The LIFE MycoRestore project (LIFE18 CCA/ES/001110) seeks to utilise diverse mycological resources and forest management practices to enhance forest resilience in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The innovative and efficient use of forest mycological resources helps protect and restore 305 ha of Mediterranean forests threatened by climate change.
MedForest is an open-access platform dedicated to publishing latest news, views and happenings related to Mediterranean forests. This contributor-driven platform is coordinated by EFIMED, the Mediterranean Facility of the European Forest Institute.
